The gravestone displays a winged head carved in the style of William Codner of Boston.

MATERIAL - slate
HEADSTONE - 21" W, 27" H, 2" D
FOOTSTONE - 14" W, 15" H, 1" D
CONDITION - delamination and break on right side
COMMENTS - Headstone back and edges encased in resin bonded fiberglass applied about 1977. Headstone and footstone cleaned September 2004. In October 2007 the headstone was excavated and the fiberglass backing was removed. Mortar was applied to fill all voids and cracks on the front and back. The headstone was cleaned and reset. Footstone cleaned July 2009.
