The footstone shown in the bottom right photo displayed the inscription SAMUEL B in 2000. In 2004 the footstone has completely delaminated and shows no inscription.

CONDITION - lichen growth

COMMENTS - Headstone back and edges were encased in resin bonded fiberglass applied in 1977. Footstone cleaned and reset July 2000. Headstone cleaned October 2004. Fiberglass backing removed October 2008. Headstone cleaned with D/2 and reset October 2008. Footstone cleaned November 2008.
