Inscription format is approximate based on 1976 survey records. This gravestone was found in 1976 at Location NW 41 on the EHS 1976 survey map next to Azubah Cole (1820), wife of Timothy, at Location NW 40. In 2000 only fragments of the Timothy Cole gravestone remained. These fragments were buried 5 inches deep and 30 inches north of the Azubah Cole headstone.
