A footstone was present in the 1976 survey but gone in 2000. In July 2005 the bottom of the footstone and some broken fragments were found. The bottom section was set in place as shown in the background of the right photo. There is no inscription on the footstone. The slate fragments were placed in a plastic bag and buried directly behind the footstone (north side).

COMMENTS - Headstone back and edges encased in resin bonded fiberglass applied about 1977. Headstone cleaned October 2004 and June 2005. Fiberglass backing removed October 2008. Headstone cleaned with D/2 and reset October 2008.
