MATERIAL - slate

HEADSTONE - 16" W, 20" H, 2" D

FOOTSTONE - 9" W, 10" H, 1" D

CONDITION - large diagonal break in headstone

COMMENTS - Headstone back and edges encased in resin bonded fiberglass applied about 1977. In October 2007 the headstone was excavated and the fiberglass backing was removed. Previously applied silione caulk was removed. Mortar was applied to fill all voids and cracks on the front and back. The headstone was cleaned and reset. Footstone cleaned July 2009.
