The gravestone displays a lightly inscribed urn and willow. The photo shows the headstone with the broken footstone in the background.

LOCATION - No. NW 5 on EHS 1976 survey map

MATERIAL - slate

HEADSTONE - 17" W, 27" H, 2" D

FOOTSTONE - 12" W, 18" H, 1" D (entire stone)

CONDITION - lichen growth

COMMENTS - Footstone broken and delaminated with no inscription. Footstone fragment cleaned and reset July 2002. Headstone cleaned September 2004. Headstone and footstone cleaned July 2009.

A footstone fragment inscribed with "Pepper" was found April 2012 discarded at the north border of the cemetery. The fragment was buried next to the west side of the standing broken footstone.
