MATERIAL - schist
HEADSTONE - 14" W, 31" H, 1" D
FOOTSTONE - none
CONDITION - The stone is thin.
COMMENTS - Headstone back and edges encased in resin bonded fiberglass applied about 1977. Headstone patched with cement years ago. Headstone cleaned August 2006. In October 2007 the stone was excavated and the loose mortar was removed. New mortar was applied to fill the large void. The fiberglass backing was not removed. The stone was cleaned and reset.
