The left photo shows the base of the headstone with the broken top placed behind the base. The right photo shows the footstone with the headstone in the background. The broken top of the headstone is facing the footstone. The headstone base and top cannot be joined because other headstone pieces are missing.

The broken top piece also is completely delaminated so there is no inscription. The inscription is from 1976 EHS 1976 survey records. The grave can be identified now only from the footstone.

LOCATION - No. SE 32 on EHS 1976 survey map
MATERIAL - slate
HEADSTONE - 17' W, 16" H, 2" D
FOOTSTONE - 12" W, 14" H, 1" D
CONDITION - Most of headstone is missing.
COMMENTS - Some headstone fragments were cleaned, bonded and reset in 2000. The footstone was aligned and reset behind the headstone June 2007. Headstone and footstone cleaned October 2008.
