MATERIAL - slate

HEADSTONE - 16" W, 23" H, 2" D

FOOTSTONE - 13" W, 16" H, 1" D

CONDITION - top of headstone broken off and missing

COMMENTS - Headstone and footstone cleaned October 2004. Footstone aligned and reset behind headstone June 2007. Headstone and footstone cleaned June 2009.
