This marker is found in a fenced lot on the Ball property at the end of Higgins Hollow road. Sheldon Ball was born in Flint, N.Y., son of Sheldon X and Emma Lee Ball. He fell dead on the beach near Pamet Coast Guard station, June 4, 1923 aged 67 years, 2 months and 6 days.

The cremains of Lucy Russell Ball, widow of Sheldon W Ball, are at this location but no marker was found in 1985. She died in Provincetown, January 21, 1941, ae 79 years, 11 months and 15 days.
