The virtuous & greatly beloved Consort
of the Rev'd. Mr. OAKES SHAW
who departed this transitory life
June the 6th 1772
in the 39th year of her Age.

The pleasant wife, the mother dear,
The neighbor kind, the friend sincere
Here silent now in darkness lies
Till God her Saviour in the skies
From her to shine in Heavenly bloom
When the great rising day is come.
