MATERIAL - slate
HEADSTONE - 20" W, 25" H, 2" D
FOOTSTONE - 10" W, 19" H, 1" D
CONDITION - large crack, break in upper left corner, lichen growth
COMMENTS - Headstone and footstone cleaned September 2004. Footstone aligned and reset behind headstone June 2007. Headstone and footstone cleaned July 2009.
