MATERIAL - slate

HEADSTONE - 19" W, 25" H, 2" D

FOOTSTONE - 11" W, 14" H, 2" D

CONDITION - large crack in headstone

COMMENTS - Headstone back and edges encased in resin bonded fiberglass applied about 1977. Footstone cleaned and reset in 2000. Headstone cleaned September 2004. Headstone and footstone cleaned November 2008.
