MATERIAL - slate
HEADSTONE - 14" W, 21" H, 2" D
FOOTSTONE - 10" W, 12" H, 2" D
CONDITION - Half the headstone is broken off and missing.
COMMENTS - Headstone and footstone cleaned September 2004. Headstone and footstone cleaned October 2008.
