The gravestone displays a winged head positioned above a winged skull which is very unusual carved image. This is a sandstone gravestone with severe surface erosion which makes it difficult to view the image and inscription. The left photo shows the headstone with the footstone in the background.

MATERIAL - sandstone
HEADSTONE - 20" W, 27" H, 3" D
FOOTSTONE - 14" W, 15" H, 3" D
CONDITION - severe surface erosion
COMMENTS - Headstone cleaned October 2000. Headstone and footstone cleaned October 2004. Headstone cleaned with D/2 and treated with surface consolidant October 2008. Footstone cleaned November 2008.
